DOVER – Billie Jo (Troup) Repman, 49, entered into rest on Saturday, January 31, 2026 at her home.  She was the loving wife of David L. Repman II.  The couple celebrated 2 years of marriage on July 13, 2025.

Born May 16, 1976 in York, Billie Jo was a daughter of Janice (Henney) Leer and Kenneth L. Troup, Sr.

She graduated from Northern High School and earned an associate degree.  Billie Jo worked for Walton & Company in York for 7 years and previously Gohn & Stambaugh, Inc., Emigsville.

She enjoyed being outdoors, spending time at the cabin and riding Side-by-Sides.  She an avid reader.

In addition to her husband and parents, Billie Jo is survived by two step-daughters, Khloey and Mackenzie; her "neighbor son", Kyle Davis; God-daughters, Sydney and Madison; brother, Kenneth L. Troup II and wife, Chrystal; two nieces, Kensley and Molly; father-in-law, David Repman; mother-in-law, Paula Pahulick; her mother's companion, Francis Lahr; and her beloved dogs, Rusty, Piper and Kimber.

Following cremation, relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend a time to celebrate Billie Jo’s life from 12 noon to 2 p.m. on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at Emig Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Inc., 47 N. Queen St., Dover.
